Emmanuel Estrada is a years long resident of Baldwin Park, growing up being a proud son of an immigrant working class mother. Emmanuel is an advocate for working families. He understands the need for a more equitable city that hardworking families can be proud to come home to after a long day’s work. His priorities include housing, green spaces and increasing civic participation.
