Education Increasingly we have seen over reach by the state legistlature in the classroom. Teachers are no longer allowed to teach classes independent of politics. Teachers are also chronically underpaid and we have to expand their salaries. Public Education needs to be protected. Healthcare Expansion of Medicaid to keep our communities healthy. Economy Bringing policies that protect our state’s small businesses from multinational corporations. The state government should eliminate barriers for young start-ups and entripeneurs to keep talent and innovation in the state. Criminal Justice / Public Safety Violence prevention through common sense regulations. Law enforcement should be given the tools necessary to keep our communities safe for violence.
