Representative Josiah Patkotak has lived and served his entire life in the North Slope of Alaska. He plans to call the North Slope home for the rest of his life, as well. He lives by Inupiaq values and certain principles. Among other things, he believes in honesty, accountability, and putting the interest of his region first and foremost in Juneau.
