Housing I believe that it is paramount that housing policies respect municipal services and preserve small-town character Economy I will make a priority to move to increase state investment in farmland and open space preservation, as well as conservation easements Infrastructure / Transportation I will work to continue to expand broadband access for underserved parts of our district Education I'll work to forge partnerships between schools, parents, and local employers to strengthen student outcomes Education I support full funding for public schools, including teacher recruitment, retention, and classroom resources Infrastructure / Transportation I will commit to securing funding for sidewalk expansion, safer crosswalks, and rural road improvements Infrastructure / Transportation I'll prioritize DelDOT and County Council partnerships to ease congestion on Route 1, Route 9, and local roads Infrastructure / Transportation I will advocate for upgrades to stormwater systems and aging bridges in growth corridors Education I'll work with our local governments to require infrastructure and school capacity reviews before approving major developments Housing I support affordable housing options that align with existing infrastructure and school capacity Economy I'll work to strengthen local planning boards to ensure growth decisions remain community-driven Criminal Justice / Public Safety I'll foster collaboration with state and local law enforcement to improve public safety
