I have lived in Dunn for 49 years and have dedicated my career to serving the community. As a retired police officer with 32 years of service, I have seen firsthand the importance of fairness, transparency, and community involvement. That is why I am announcing my candidacy for Mayor of the City of Dunn. I believe that everyone should have a voice in how our local government is run, and I am dedicated to promoting transparency in decision-making, promoting fair and honest government, and attracting and retaining businesses that are family-friendly. I also believe in promoting equitable distribution of infrastructure investments and improving our city's infrastructure and beautification. With my past experiences and relationships, I am confident in my ability to make a positive impact and help build a better future for all residents of Dunn.

Why I'm Running
I am running for Mayor of the City of Dunn because I believe that all people deserve a voice in how our local government is run and the direction our city should go. I have lived in Dunn for almost 50 years and have had the privilege of serving the community as a police officer for over three decades. Through my experiences with organizations like the Dunn Jaycees, Dunn Rotary, and the Workforce Development Board, I have developed a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. As Mayor, I will prioritize promoting transparency in government decision-making, attracting and retaining businesses that are family-friendly and offer higher paying jobs, and promoting equitable distribution of infrastructure investments through a city-wide infrastructure Planned Project Program. I believe in a fair and honest government that works for all the people of Dunn, and I am committed to working towards a brighter future for our city.

I feel that my mission is much larger than just the Dunn Police Athletic and Activities League and to take my present and past experiences and relationships to help everyone within the City of Dunn. With that being said, I am officially announcing my candidacy for Mayor of the City of Dunn. I feel all people matter and everyone should have a voice in how our local government is run and the direction our city should go. I also feel you should have a choice in who you want in local government and not have just one choice.
