Outside of education and social work, I am a licensed pilot and love flying small planes. I also enjoy community volunteer work and mentoring youth in aviation and STEM.
Past Experience
I am an Early Childhood Teacher and Licensed Social Worker with over a decade of experience in education, behavioral therapy, and child welfare. I have worked as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Family Service Specialist with NJ DCF, and an Early Childhood Coach, supporting students, families, and teachers across diverse school districts. I also serve as Executive Director of SafeSteps Child Welfare Education, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to trauma-informed care and mandated reporter training. My career reflects a lifelong commitment to children, families, and equitable education.
