This Privacy Policy explains how Good Party (“we” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information that you may provide while visiting our website, www.goodparty.org, and our mobile sites, mobile applications, and other online services (the “Sites”) using a personal computer, mobile device, or any other means, and to demonstrate our firm commitment to Internet privacy. What is Personal Information?
“Personal Information” is information about a particular individual that specifically identifies that individual or information about that individual, such as name, address, email address, telephone number, or credit or debit card information. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), personal information also includes any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. Personal Information does not include “aggregate information,” which is data that may be collected automatically or without reference to Personal Information about the use of the Sites. The Privacy Policy does not restrict Good Party’s collection, use, and sharing of aggregated or de-identified information.
Visitors to the Sites
Good Party operates in the United States, and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. We are committed to complying with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other relevant state laws.
Children
The Sites are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information directly from children (including information concerning a child or that child's parents/guardians, any screen or user name that functions as online contact information for a child, any photograph, video, or audio file containing a child’s image or voice) directly from users under the age of thirteen (13) or from other websites or services directed at children. We have implemented age verification mechanisms to ensure compliance with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). We will apply material changes to this Privacy Policy to conform with applicable law, including any applicable provisions of COPPA that require parental consent.

At or before the point of collection, we will inform you of the categories of personal information being collected and the purposes for which such information is being used in compliance with the CCPA.
