Economy Jasmine Brown is running for Mayor of Pensacola because she understands that the problems we face in this city are not unique. Under capitalism, the rule of the rich is business as usual. Criminal Justice / Public Safety Pensacola needs leadership that will advocate for our most vulnerable residents, not demonize and criminalize them. Housing Pensacola needs a mayor who is willing to risk her job to stand up for the people against the developers, the landlords, and the politicians in Tallahassee and Washington and their billionaire backers. Housing Pensacola needs a city government that will fight to lower housing costs, not increase them.
