Government Reform Keith will work with carriers, regulators, and policymakers to expand competition, bring more insurers back into the California market, and reduce premiums for homeowners and drivers wherever possible. Government Reform Keith proposes the creation of a claim review panel to ensure denied claims are evaluated impartially, reducing unfair denials and giving policyholders a stronger voice. Government Reform Insurance should protect Californians when disaster strikes. Keith will push for expedited claim responses, stronger consumer protections, and accountability when insurance companies delay or deny rightful claims.
