In my downtime, I love a good low-key day at home—hanging out with family, spoiling my pets, and tackling some yardwork (it’s surprisingly satisfying!). I’m a big James Bond fan but honestly, I’m up for movies of any genre or language—bring on the popcorn! When summer rolls around, you’ll usually find me camping, soaking up the great outdoors, or having a blast playing board games with friends and family. It’s all about making the most of life’s simple joys!

As someone deeply invested in the growth and well-being of Haverhill, I am committed to fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and thriving community. With experience on the Haverhill Planning Board, the Haverhill Cultural Council, and as a member of various community boards and non-profits, I have worked to bring forward ideas and initiatives that benefit all of our residents.
My extensive experience as a Social Service Advocate in the court system has provided me firsthand insight into the challenges our neighbors face, from housing and economic stability to public safety and education. I have consistently brought this perspective to my advocacy and leadership roles, working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to drive change.
Most recently, I’ve had the privilege of engaging with our immigrant communities, ensuring that everyone in Haverhill feels empowered and informed about their rights. Whether through participating in forums with local law enforcement or supporting equitable housing initiatives, I am committed to transparent governance and policies that reflect the needs and aspirations of all Haverhill residents.

Increasing affordable housing options
It is imperative that we adopt innovative strategies to expand affordable housing opportunities for our residents, with a particular focus on increasing pathways to homeownership. By thinking outside the box and leveraging collaborative solutions, we can address housing challenges and ensure that more individuals and families have the opportunity to achieve long-term housing stability and financial security.
Housing and community centers
We must take proactive steps to strengthen our municipal property tax policies to better support seniors, particularly by revising our tax abatement programs. Providing targeted relief to alleviate property tax burdens for senior residents is not only a matter of fairness but also a critical step in ensuring they can remain in their homes and continue to contribute to our community.
Expanding Mental Health Services
Expanding mental health services in Haverhill is essential to supporting the well-being of our community. With growing demand and limited resources, many residents struggle to access the care they need. By increasing local mental health services, we can provide timely support, reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, and foster a healthier, more resilient community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
