Registers/titles boats, snowmobiles, ORVs & ATVs.Collects use tax for Department of Revenue on recreational vehicles. Registers birth, death & marriage certificates. Issues marriage licenses. Certifies vital record copies. Files detailed reports monthly and annually to the county and to state agencies. Collects real estate transfer tax on conveyances of property. Acceptance agent for U.S. Passport Service. Takes passport and visa photos
