The City Zoning Board is responsible for recommending to the city council the boundaries of zoning districts and appropriate regulations to be enforced therein. The Board also has the power to hear and decide appeals relating to the enforcement of any zoning ordinance. The alternates for this board are meant to step in if any board members are absent in order to reach quorum.
