Ralph P. Koch

The Board of School Directors consists of nine individuals who are elected from Etna, Millvale, Reserve, and Shaler via odd-year elections. They are tasked with providing education, setting policies and regulations for school activities, adopting textbooks, hiring the superintendent and other staff, as well as adopting an annual district budget and levying taxes.
