Environment / Energy Support a one-year moratorium on data centers to regulate their power use, ensure companies pay for infrastructure upgrades and require direct consent from the people before any data center moves forward in Lansing. Housing Protect renters and future homeowners by strengthening regulations on private equity firms that buy up homes, holding landlords accountable, and passing a Tenant’s Bill of Rights.
