Past Experience
Pendleton, South Carolina is growing — but how we grow matters. Like many
towns, we face real challenges, and now is the time to protect what makes Pendleton special.
Ensure new development fits our small-town charm and doesn’t increase our property taxes disproportionately
Address out-of-control student housing- we are not Clemson Annex 3
Fix infrastructures before building more
Upgrade sewer capacity and revitalize old sewer systems
Improve traffic & parking downtown
Support revitalization projects in West Pendleton
Further local recreational programs for Pendleton's youth
Address the stray population in a way that fiscally contributes
Promote small businesses & job growth
Improve access to services!
We must plan wisely — not just grow quickly.
We need leadership that listens and takes action to keep Pendleton strong, safe, and true to its roots.

My Top Issues
Inclusive zoning policies
Pendleton must adopt inclusive yet stricter zoning policies to ensure responsible growth that protects affordability for current residents. As towering developments rise, long-time citizens deserve reassurance that their homes, heritage, and future won’t be priced out or pushed aside.
Balance development with neighborhood preservation
To protect Pendleton’s charm, zoning policies must strike a balance between thoughtful development and preserving the character of existing neighborhoods. Growth shouldn’t come at the expense of community identity or long-time residents’ peace of mind.
Supporting entrepreneurship and small businesses
Supporting small businesses keeps Pendleton’s economy strong and our community unique. I’m committed to creating a local environment where entrepreneurs can thrive and neighbors choose to shop local first.
Investing in road repairs and maintenance
Pendleton deserves safe, well-maintained roads and practical parking solutions that work for residents and visitors alike. I’ll advocate for timely repairs and smarter parking management while planning for future needs. By looking ahead to improved public transportation access, we can keep our town moving efficiently without losing its charm.
