Government Reform As Supervisor, I’ll call for an audit and review of all surplus county properties. If land is not serving the public, it should be reactivated or released for the public good. Housing I’ll support housing policies that ensure our essential workforce can live in the communities they serve. Housing I’ll champion faster, fairer permitting for homeowners, builders, and small businesses, starting with reforming the planning and building department. Education Working directly with the Lucia Mar Unified School District and the San Luis Obispo County Department of Airports, we built a high school curriculum that is aviation-centric and prepares students for real careers in a growing industry. This same model can be expanded into other fields like healthcare, technology, and clean energy, giving more students real pathways to local, high-paying careers. Taxes / Budget Strongly support ALL taxpayer protections provided for in Proposition 13. Criminal Justice / Public Safety We need real investment in fire prevention, flood response, and basic infrastructure so our neighborhoods stay resilient. Infrastructure / Transportation We must protect critical infrastructure like fire stations, sheriff substations, and paramedic coverage. Infrastructure / Transportation Return our roads, bridges and infrastructure as a stated county priority. Healthcare Explore regional partnerships with neighboring counties to increase mental health care capacity. Housing I support responsible housing developments that include workforce housing and pathways to homeownership. Taxes / Budget I’ll demand accountability for how your tax dollars are spent. Government Reform The process to improve your property or start a business should be fast, predictable, and fair.
