Infrastructure / Transportation Bridging the gap in infrastructure with both interim and long-term solutions, including safe rail crossings with quiet zones, safe and well-maintained roads, improved fire stations, and safe passage for pedestrians and cyclists. Environment / Energy Continuing our City's commitment to protect the environment and maintain a robust Climate Action Plan that prioritizes a healthy environment for future generations of Encinitans. Housing Allison champions City efforts and partnerships with County and State resources for a sustainable transition to permanent housing for those experiencing homelessness. Arts / Culture Nurturing Encinitas' rich arts and music scene, including the sponsorship of cultural arts education for everyone.
