Education Public schools are the backbone of our communities, and we must ensure they are fully funded and supported to provide a high-quality education for every student. Education Parents should always have a say in their child’s education. Amanda will work to ensure that parents’ voices are heard and respected in decision-making at every level. Education Amanda will advocate for rigorous academic standards and strong career and college readiness programs. She believes that schools should focus on strong academic foundations while also fostering important life skills, ensuring kids’ education and development are the priorities. Taxes / Budget Amanda will prioritize responsible budgeting that puts students and teachers first, ensuring that spending aligns with the district’s priorities and maintains a focus on student achievement and well-being.
