Achievements: Work to change the Floor Area Ratio of the Forest Beach community from .55 to .45 to m
Responsibilities: As a board member of the Beach Owner’s Association, I am lead in the Forest Committee, working with Town Council to update the Land Management Ordinance for additional specimen tree protection and tree canopy protections.
Skills: Project Planning, goal achievement within fiscal guidelines, leading teams, collaboration with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
