Fun Fact

I am a fourth generation Dublin resident. I graduated from Dublin High School, The Ohio State University, and Capital University Law School. I work full-time as the owner and operator of Kramb Consulting, LLC which is an environmental planning firm that specializes in architectural history and historic preservation laws. In my spare time, I enjoy reading non-fiction books particularly ones on presidential, political, and military history. I also enjoy jigsaw puzzles and rom-coms.

Past Experience

I’ve served the City of Dublin since 2008 in a variety of roles including: an appointed member of the Planning & Zoning Commission, an appointed member of the Architectural Review Board, and four the past four years an elected member of City Council. From 2008 through 2014, I served on the City of Dublin’s Planning & Zoning Commission. In my seven years on the commission, I participated in the visioning, planning, and initial implementation of the Bridge Street District; I also reviewed and approved many Ward-1 residential development projects including: later phases of the Wyandotte Woods neighborhood, the Hawthorne Commons community, the Reserve at Sawmill Crossing neighborhood, the Deer Run neighborhood, and the Wellington Reserve neighborhood. In 2015, I became active in the East Dublin Civic Association. I first served as vice-president and, in March of 2016, I transitioned into leading the organization. I focused on growing the organization’s membership and influence with the City of Dublin. Throughout my first term on Dublin City Council, I continued to inform and engage East Dublin residents in all matters related to planning, development, and safety. In 2019, I began serving as a trustee of the Dublin Historical Society and then served as the Society’s vice-president from January 2020 to January 2022. I continue to actively participate with the Dublin Historical Society board and the organization’s many initiatives including: the Dublin History Museum, walking tours of historic Dublin, open house tours of the Coffman farmstead, and elementary school local history presentations. As a lifetime Dublin resident and a historian by profession, I remain passionate about preserving and sharing Dublin’s history. In 2020, Dublin City Council appointed me to fill a vacated seat on the city’s Architectural Review Board. I served on the Architectural Review Board until January 2022 when I began serving as your Ward-1 Dublin City Council representative. During my time on the board, and my first year as a Council representative, I assisted with updating the Historic Dublin Code and developing the Historic Dublin Design Guidelines. I’ve proudly served as your Dublin City Council Ward 1 representative since January 2021.

My Top Issues

Community involvement in decision-making

In Dublin, we on City Council strive to involve the community, enhance transparency, and use technology to improve services. I want residents to get involved with the city. I want residents to understand how we, as city officials, are planning for the future, selecting projects, spending money, etc.

Balance development with neighborhood preservation

During my first term, Dublin City Council guided the Envision Dublin community plan update. With re-election, I will help the community's vision materialize by enacting enabling legislation and approving code updates which allow for the properly planned growth supported by our community.

Attracting and retaining businesses

Our strong business community is the foundation of Dublin's success. It is because of business income generated in our city that our residents and visitors experience wonderful amenities. And, at 2%, Dublin's income tax is lower the surrounding communities. Promoting Dublin as a place to do business is a top priority so our community can continue to offer the highest quality of services and amenities.
