Taxes / Budget I will focus on transparency of the school budgeting process to ensure tax-payer dollars are carefully spent for maximum return on our education dollars. Wages / Job Benefits I am an advocate for competitive teacher salaries and retention bonuses. Education I will support programs that will expand vocational training and trade apprenticeships. Education Our schools should focus on fundamentals and success should be based on merit. Education I fully support the Stafford County Public Schools Career Awareness – Exploration – Immersion Program, which prepares graduating Seniors to be productive, contributing members of the community.
