Criminal Justice / Public Safety I will prioritize keeping crime low and making it clear to predators and criminals: Gulf Shores is NOT the place for you. I want to help create a culture where predators and the criminal element know that they’re not welcome here. They should be afraid to even consider moving to our city. Criminal Justice / Public Safety We live in the best city in Alabama—so our public safety departments should reflect the best of Alabama. Our police officers, fire and EMS are already doing an outstanding job, but they deserve even more resources, training, and financial support to keep us safe. Infrastructure / Transportation Our roads are a mess. Traffic is brutal. Light timing is completely broken! Before a single new development gets approved, we need traffic solutions, better planning, and real input from residents. I’ll push for smarter infrastructure that works for the people who actually use it every day. Infrastructure / Transportation I support an immediate halt to new large-scale development—period. No more massive residential or commercial projects should move forward unless and until our infrastructure and public safety are fully funded and capable of keeping up. Other nearby cities have passed moratoriums. We haven’t. Our Council’s silence is dangerous, and we won’t sit by and let this continue.
