Fun Fact

Past Experience
Skills: Being a retired Marine in a Marine town, I have an understanding of what Marines and civilians want from a city. I have a heavy logistics and operations background to pull from when discussing and making decisions on what something should do and where things should lead.
My Top Issues
Invest in local public education
I believe that a school should have the financial ability and merit to teach what is true and accurate to children, including textbooks that are reputable and not just pushed by corporations and the government and freedom to incorporate real-life knowledge and experience, regardless of grade-chasing agendas. Children should be taught in and out of school to know about and respect their country and how it was intended to function.
Enhancing community policing efforts and fostering cooperation between law enforcement and residents
Citizens and law enforcement should be held to standard of the law. Community involvement in it's own protection will foster a better respect and relationship between police and the people as well as provide a safer environment for everyone.
Enhancing transparency and accountability
Anyone elected to an office should be accountable to the people who allowed them to hold that position. Absolute full transparency of an elected official's actions and resources should be readily available to anyone it affects.
