Top Issues

Environment / Energy As a legislator, I will prioritize policies aimed at safeguarding our water table from depletion and ensuring sustainable water management practices. By championing initiatives that promote responsible water usage and protect Arizona’s vital water sources, I aim to secure a more resilient future for our state. Education Arizona’s ESA program allows families to send their children to any school of their choice – private, homeschooled, online, charter, or traditional public – regardless of zip code or income. I support this program and will make it more effective over time. I will stand strongly against attempts by Katie Hobbs & Democrats to institute a monolithic education entity which removes choice. Economy We need to fight back against multibillion dollar corporate takeovers of single family homes and encourage competition in every industry. The government should not be involved in picking winners and losers – but it should be involved in working to give everybody an equal opportunity at becoming a winner. Economy New start ups need tax relief and protection from home-based business regulations. I will be a staunch supporter of policies that defend those who are looking to be self-employed or explore that route. Economy My approach to governance prioritizes grassroots engagement and collaboration, ensuring that the voices of constituents are heard and represented at the Capitol. By supporting initiatives that promote job creation, entrepreneurship, and community development, I seek to build a more prosperous future for all residents of Arizona. Guns As a staunch supporter of the Second Amendment, I believe in your right to bear arms and will work tirelessly to protect it. Criminal Justice / Public Safety Those who break the law should be punished and those whose first action in this nation is to break its laws should face appropriate consequences and not be sheltered away in hotels at the taxpayer’s expense. Civil Rights I am committed to enhancing transparency in our election process and fighting for election reforms which can ensure that neither side questions the outcome of an election. Drug Policy Although many border security problems are federal, human and drug trafficking in Arizona has reached horrifying levels. We must collaborate with municipal and tribal levels of government to better address the crisis, punish those who are caught trafficking, and invest further into first responders. Defense / Veterans We must fight for our veterans like they’ve fought for us. No veteran should go without appropriate physical and mental health care. Veteran homelessness and suicide rates are too high and we should aim to address those with individualized policies. Housing As a legislator, I will advocate for holistic solutions that not only offer support and resources to the homeless but also revitalize our neighborhoods, creating safer and more vibrant communities for all residents. Legislation Foreign entities are pumping countless acre-feet of water from our groundwater aquifers. Nations like Saudi Arabia banned alfalfa farming in their home country – yet we allow them to do it here with our limited water supplies. We need common sense land ownership policy like that which was recently signed in Arkansas – we need to ban foreign farmland ownership in Arizona.
