Infrastructure / Transportation Increase public services at Wai'anae City Hall and extend Wai'anae Refuse hours to prevent illegal dumping. Infrastructure / Transportation Implement speed reduction solutions, install ADA-compliant sidewalks, and improve pedestrian safety measures. Housing Support and fund low-cost housing, expedite DHHL leases, and develop rent-to-own units. Housing Fund non-profit organizations providing outreach services for the homeless and those at risk.
