Taxes / Budget I will work to abolish the state sales tax on groceries, establish universal childcare and expand home ownership opportunities. Education I will work to fully fund our public schools to ensure that Utah students are top prospects for jobs and universities. Education I will always support educators and I will oppose attempts to undermine their ability to bargain collectively. Government Reform I will further transparency and accountability of government processes. Housing I will support initiatives that increase the availability of housing and healthcare. Government Reform I will seek input from experts and our community when drafting and voting on legislation. Government Reform I will fight against attempts to overrule citizen initiatives or undermine an independent judiciary. Environment / Energy I will support initiatives that help conserve water, clean our air, and protect the Great Salt Lake, while opposing attempts to undermine public lands.
