Environment / Energy New housing construction should be held to reduced fossil fuel use by dictating electric cook ranges, and rebates for incorporating solar or alternative energy sources. Arts / Culture I propose the introduction of more events like ''Larkspur Magic'' to encourage community engagement and foster a sense of togetherness. By supporting local businesses and organizing family-friendly gatherings, I aim to create a dynamic and thriving environment for all residents. Education EDUCATION ON RECYCLING many do not know that you have to rinse recyclables before putting them in the bin, or what type of cardboard is recyclable — let’s partner with Marin Sanitary Service to educate the public on recycle etiquette. Education I would like to partner with the school system to bolster and expand educational programs and align on clear guidelines for both youth and adult e-bike use to promote safety for riders and pedestrians.
