Infrastructure / Transportation Parking and new infrastructure should be conducive to the needs of our residents without inhibiting the view of our natural surroundings. Infrastructure / Transportation We must upgrade and maintain our electric, sewer, and water systems. Sewage overflow and pollution of Mobile Bay should be a top priority. Environment / Energy Collaboration and consensus are vital to attain purposeful, responsible development that does not put a strain on our natural resources. Our wetlands, watersheds, and coastline are worth protecting. It’s time to get serious about what we allow to be dumped in our public waters and how we approach policy that supports these initiatives. Economy We need to support local businesses as they strive to reach their full potential. We must give local merchants a voice as we work through our decision-making process regarding zoning and sales tax.
