Education I believe public money belongs in public schools, and that investing in our children is the smartest investment we can make in Texas’s future. Private school vouchers are not only bad policy — they are unconstitutional. Infrastructure / Transportation Texas will continue to invest in highways, but these projects must go hand in hand with expanding public transit.
