Economy The first thing he will do is meet with all of California’s 58 counties and 482 municipalities and do the Californian Lieutenant Governor’s job and write an economic plan for the state to keep jobs in California. Environment / Energy California needs to build more water storage! California needs to stop releasing needed water into the rivers and ocean without taking into account the concern of famers and local citizens. Environment / Energy David Fennell loves to camp and completed his first 100 mile backpacking trip when he was only 14. He will make sure to manage the forests to prevent fire and will make sure to coordinate with neighboring states and FEMA to address fires and emergencies when they occur in California. Education Trade schools and on the job training such as internships and apprenticeships can often provide a better path to the American Dream. Arts / Culture It is time for the California Lieutenant Governor to use his power as Chairman of the California Commission for Economic Development and write and negotiate a plan so that artists, filmmakers and musicians get paid for their work, and also insure copywrites are enforced overseas as the Lieutenant Governor also acts as the economic trade ambassador for California. Environment / Energy As your Lieutenant Governor David Fennell will show his deep care and background for our agricultural industry and will make sure that farmers get new water storage. Criminal Justice / Public Safety One reason David Fennell is running for office is there is so much crime and fraud that is not being addressed in California that business are leaving the area as they cannot compete with fraud and property crime that is plaguing our state. This will change when you elect David Fennell for Lieutenant Governor. David Fennell will enforce the law. Education Finally, you want our public education systems to be fair and open to all students where the best student gets admitted and the education matches the future job markets.
