Government Reform Donald will fight for Eagle River, Chugiak, and JBER’s voice in city government and oppose mandates or policies that ignore local input. He supports stronger representation, more autonomy, and decisions that come from the ground up. This change strengthens accountability, improves local connection, and gives every neighborhood a real voice in the decisions that shape our schools.
