Eugene O'Kelley

The County Highway/Road Commission recommends the annual road list, proposes the annual budget for the Highway Department, and is responsible for acquisition of land necessary for roadways and bridges. They are also responsible for the selection of the Highway Superintendent, among many other duties and responsibilities.
