Guns I support the Second Amendment and the rights of law-abiding citizens to own firearms. I believe in responsible gun ownership and respecting the laws currently in place. Living in a rural county, many residents hunt, ranch, and rely on firearms for their safety and to protect their homes and property. It’s important that our policies respect those traditions while also prioritizing public safety. Housing We need to focus on connecting people with services while also ensuring that our communities remain safe and clean. County government should work closely with local organizations, service providers, and law enforcement to address the root causes of homelessness and provide support where it’s most effective. At the same time, we need to make sure our policies respect the needs of the residents and businesses in our communities.
