Fun Fact

I have lived in Grove City for nearly 20 years and have owned a successful small business in the historic downtown for approximately six years. I have partnered with small local business owners to stage events and fundraise for charitable causes such as Dream Field and Speak for the Unspoken. I have also worked to help create unique experiences that attract outside visitors and still bring them to our community today. I proudly served on the Grove City Convention and Visitor's Bureau for three years.

Past Experience

I have proudly called Grove City home since 2004, and from the very beginning, I was struck by the warmth, acceptance, and strong sense of community that make this city special. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to meet so many incredible people, run a successful local business—Hop Yard 62—and raise my two daughters here, both graduates of Grove City High School who grew up playing sports in our community. My deep roots here have inspired me to give back, serving on the Visit Grove City Board and the Grove City 2050 Steering Committee. These experiences have strengthened my belief in Grove City’s potential to not only thrive but to become one of the most vibrant and livable communities in the Columbus area. However, I believe our city’s future calls for fresh perspectives and innovative solutions. Too often, we rely on outdated ways of thinking that don’t reflect the growth and opportunities ahead. I support term limits of no more than three terms for elected officials, ensuring that new leaders can bring forward new ideas, experiences, and energy to keep our city moving forward. I’m running because I want to be that new voice—one that honors Grove City’s history and community spirit while bringing a forward-thinking vision to guide us into the future. Together, we can preserve what we love most about Grove City while embracing the changes that will make it even better for generations to come.

My Top Issues

Path to home ownership

I want to see our kids grow up and live in the community they love and are an active part of. I want to see the ability for citizens to be born, grow, and eventually spend their golden years here.

Balance development with neighborhood preservation

I’ve called Grove City home since 2004—raising my family here, running a local business, and serving on community boards. I believe it’s time for fresh leadership and new ideas to replace outdated ways of thinking, while balancing smart growth with preserving the character and charm of our neighborhoods. I’m ready to be the new voice that honors our past, embraces our growth, and works every day for a stronger future.

Thriving local businesses

As the owner of Hop Yard 62, I collaborated with and supported other local businesses, and I want to keep fostering that same spirit of success and partnership if elected. It’s time for fresh leadership that balances smart growth with preserving our neighborhoods, while championing the small businesses that make Grove City unique.
