Social Services Parks and recreational activities provide residents the opportunity to exercise, socialize, and build community. Lupita is committed to ensuring our parks and recreational facilities, such as the Tuolumne River Trail, remain open, clean, and safe. Lupita is also interested in bringing more recreational facilities and activities into the city, such as youth summer camps. Infrastructure / Transportation Waterford residents deserve safe, reliable, and affordable transportation options. Lupita will help move projects forward that promote safer biking and walking and that allow Waterford residents to reach key destinations, like medical appointments, without a private vehicle.
