Education As a former local educator of over 25 years, I have been disheartened to see the left-wing agenda infiltrating our schools. From overriding parental decisions to implementing radical sexual curriculum to young students, our Colorado educational system is going in the wrong direction. As your next State Representative, I will fight for parental rights, teacher pay, and a rigorous educational system that will prepare our children, not indoctrinate them. Government Reform Less government equals more prosperity. This is a fact. Government intrusion by way of overregulation, excessive taxation, and irresponsible spending add to an antibusiness environment that kills jobs and increases inflation. Consider the current cost of living to see a real-world example. As your next State Representative of House District 21, I will fight for you to keep more of your hard-earned tax dollars and for the government to have less of an influence in your daily life. Guns The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution is clear and uncompromising.The “amendment that protects all others,” the 2nd amendment’s guarantee that all citizens have the right to keep and bear arms is under constant attack today.I will staunchly defend all our Constitutional Rights, especially our right to protect ourselves and family as we choose. Abortion / Contraception I am firmly pro-life with no exceptions. I will always choose life when discussing our pre-born babies. Colorado has become one of the most pro-abortion areas in the world. While a State Representative, I will defend our unborn and fight to reverse these horrid policies. Defense / Veterans My family has a long history of people who served, and I fully understand that freedom is not free. House District 21 is proudly the home of Fort Carson, as well as many veterans. I will champion our military in the Colorado House of Representatives and demand that they receive the respect and resources they deserve.
