Past Experience

As the Chief Operating Officer of a nonprofit organization based in Pelzer, I work on the front lines every day addressing food insecurity and supporting vulnerable populations in our community. My role places me in direct contact with the needs of our people, allowing me to advocate for practical, community-based solutions. This hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of the challenges our residents face and the importance of responsive, compassionate leadership.

My Top Issues

Sustainable land use practices

Our town has valuable land resources that, if strategically developed, could generate sustainable revenue and help build a stronger, more self-sufficient local economy.

Enhancing transparency and accountability

I believe in full transparency in our town government—especially when it comes to how our budget is planned, spent, and communicated to the public."

Invest in local businesses

I believe in prioritizing our local small businesses by promoting their growth, supporting their resilience, and investing in the resources they need to thrive—because when our small businesses succeed, our entire community prospers with job growth and revenue across the board.
