As Attorney General, Jeff will fight to unburden Oklahoma’s God-given potential from the government’s heavy hand. Immigration Illegal immigration threatens the safety of Oklahoma’s communities. As Attorney General, Jeff Starling understands that he serves as the people’s protector. He will take decisive action to stop criminal illegal migrants from entering our state and work closely with ICE and immigration enforcement to keep Oklahoma’s streets safe and secure. Foreign Policy The Chinese Communist Party is actively working to undermine America through intellectual property theft, by fueling the fentanyl crisis that’s devastating Oklahoma’s communities, and by propping up illegal marijuana grow houses that continue to occupy lands across rural Oklahoma. Jeff Starling will target fentanyl traffickers, crack down on foreign influence operations, and ensure Oklahoma is never a safe haven for activity linked to the Chinese Communist Party. Criminal Justice / Public Safety Justice should be blind, not driven by politics. The Attorney General should call balls and strikes, not serve personal political agendas. Jeff Starling is committed to putting law above politics and ensuring that the Attorney General’s office always has the public’s trust. Guns The right to bear arms is a fundamental freedom, given by God and protected by the Constitution. Jeff Starling will be a fierce defender of Oklahoma’s gun laws and push back against any attempt to weaken Second Amendment rights. Criminal Justice / Public Safety Law enforcement officers put their lives on the line every day to protect us. Jeff Starling will always have their backs, defending them from political attacks, giving them the tools they need, and making sure those who harm officers are held accountable. Abortion / Contraception As a father of two daughters and a firm believer in the sanctity of life, Jeff Starling knows that every life is precious. He believes life begins at conception and will be a strong advocate for the unborn, ensuring Oklahoma remains one of the most pro-life states in the country.
