Jimmy remains committed to inclusive policies that strengthen trust in local government, protect civil rights, and ensure city services work for everyone—regardless of background or neighborhood. Arts / Culture Arts and culture are economic drivers, not extras. Jimmy supports initiatives that activate public spaces, support local artists and small businesses, and strengthen Tolleson’s identity—creating places where people want to gather, invest, and stay. Economy Tolleson’s future depends on smart, intentional economic development. Jimmy supports attracting and maintaining high-performing sales tax generators—including businesses like Carvana, HD Supply, and Staples—reflecting a deliberate strategy to balance employment, sales tax revenue, and long-term fiscal stability.
