Abortion / Contraception Jimmy is an original cosponsor of the Ensuring Women’s Right to Reproductive Freedom Act which would prohibit state restrictions on their citizens accessing abortion healthcare in another state, the Reproductive Health Travel Fund Act which would create grants to pay for travel related expenses and logistical support for accessing abortion care, and the Right to Contraception Act.
