Economy As part of his duties, Joel intends to leverage his expertise in finance, negotiation, and commercial real estate to continue promoting Chatham County's opportunities to new businesses while ensuring our local business owners are protected. Infrastructure / Transportation Joel is also committed to building strong working relationships with every Commissioner to ensure every district prospers in our forthcoming growth. It's not a matter of if our county is growing - we are growing. We need a Chairman who understands the need to work with our Commissioners to ensure all of our needs are addressed. Roads, housing, public safety, and taxes - Joel wants to address every concern brought to him by our county Commissioners.
