Housing Housing at every stage of life I'll continue to support housing options that let folks put down roots, whether you're a young family buying your first home, an older neighbor downsizing, or anywhere in between. That means backing creative approaches like Meadowood Village, where residents came together to buy their mobile home park, and standing behind South Metro Housing Options so firefighters, teachers, nurses, and police officers can afford to live where they serve. Infrastructure / Transportation I'm working to replace Littleton's aging sewer and storm systems, and to repair roads, bridges, and sidewalks before they fail and stick us with bigger bills down the road. By planning for the long haul and fixing things right the first time, we can keep Littleton running smoothly for years to come and make sure every tax dollar counts. Economy We need to cut red tape so entrepeneurs can focus on serving customers instead of fighting paperwork. By backing partners like the Downtown Development Authority and the Littleton Business Chamber, and supporting job training and trade skill programs, we can keep our local economy strong and create good-paying jobs right here in Littleton. Criminal Justice / Public Safety We need to keep building strong partnerships with local treatment providers to make sure we can help folks when they need it most. With prevention and compassion as core tenets, I'll keep working to make Littleton safer for everyone. Arts / Culture I want to take Littleton's newly-adopted Arts & Culture Strategic Plan from paper to reality - to turn it into new murals, sculptures, and performances folks can come together to enjoy. And I'll keep looking for smart, community-friendly ways to grow funding for public art, because art inspires us, fuels our local economy, and helps keep Littleton unique. Housing "Small-town charm" doesn't just mean tree-lined streets and friendly neighbors -it also means making sure smaller homes remain a part of the mix.
