This includes being more engaged with the general public through frequent social media postings, mobile emergency alerts, a refreshed web presence, and requesting assistance from other state agencies. Criminal Justice / Public Safety I will explore federal and state funding options for the Oxford County Jail to ensure that it receives the maximum amount of funding possible. It’s crucial that both inmates and our staff are properly cared for. Government Reform Oxford County should stand as a proud supporter and strong ally for our many volunteer-led outdoor clubs and groups, including snowmobile, ATV, and fish & game clubs. Housing A crisis very much present here in Oxford County is the lack of affordable housing options. What federal incentives and grant opportunities are out there? I want to dive deep into this issue and see what Oxford County can do to help young people who are struggling to start a life of their own here in our beautiful county.
