Legislation As your Representative, I would propose legislation that would enable our state officials to reject any federal overreach that violates our Constitution. Criminal Justice / Public Safety A strong law enforcement presence in the community will help to lower crime and violence here in Wayne County and all over the state. Taxes / Budget I am in favor of meaningful business tax cuts like eliminating the Commercial Activities Tax and promising to always be a vote supporting Ohio businesses. Education Students and parents deserve more educational opportunity in Ohio which is why I am in favor of increasing school choice by expanding the EdChoice program as well as establishing the “Backpack” Scholarship. Environment / Energy I am in favor of every kind of energy production because I think a diversified energy base keeps America strong against our enemies. However, not every kind of energy production is good for every community. I think Wayne County needs to seriously consider the ramifications, both good and bad, of solar and wind energy production. Abortion / Contraception Pro-Life. Guns Protect the Second Amendment.
