That means investing in early literacy, data-driven instruction which uses student performance data to inform and adjust teaching strategies to provide a more personalized learning experience for each student, and targeted support for students who are falling behind. That means competitive compensation, mentoring for new teachers, and giving educators a real voice in curriculum and classroom decisions.
