Education Our teachers are the beating heart of APS. Our school board needs a candidate that will work to retain and reward our best teachers, paying them for both their experience and performance. We must guarantee that our Teachers’ voices are the loudest in the room, and provide them with the resources necessary to let their talents flourish. Taxes / Budget You deserve a candidate that prioritizes student instruction while developing long-term plans, ensuring that there is sufficient seating relative to our growing student population. My professional experience as an internal auditor with Gap Inc. Focuses on compliance and operational auditing, reviewing end-to-end organizational planning and execution. I plan to use the skills gained in my work experience to perform better system-wide planning, asking the right questions around priorities and budget to help our staff assess the best path towards improved student outcomes across APS.
