Kelcey Rock

Education Kelcey will support efforts to increase educational opportunities for all students. He understands that a child’s future should not be determined by their zip code. Education Kelcey will work with local stakeholders to create better outcomes for our children. Additionally, our local schools are unable to retain and recruit teachers. Kelcey will advocate for additional investment from the general assembly to incentivize teaching staff to work within our local schools and ensure student success. Economy Kelcey will work in Frankfort to create public policy solutions that empower entrepreneurs and workers to have better options. Economy Kelcey is committed to supporting policies that help farmers thrive, such as increasing access to markets, removing burdensome regulations, promoting sustainable agriculture, and investing in rural infrastructure. Kelcey will work tirelessly to ensure that family farms have the resources they need to succeed and that our rural communities remain vibrant and strong. Infrastructure / Transportation Kelcey Rock is committed to working with the general assembly to ensure significant infrastructure investments are made within the 19th district. With well maintained roads, we will be able to keep our community safe and prosperous. Criminal Justice / Public Safety Kelcey will make public safety his top priority. Kelcey will encourage investment in the tools and training that our first responders receive. By partnering with law enforcement, we will be able to ensure that they have the support that they need to keep our families safe. Taxes / Budget Kelcey will support tax policy which empowers taxpayers to invest within their own communities. Guns Kelcey will fight against efforts to institute red flag laws in Kentucky. Red flag laws seek to reduce due process and create unsafe situations for our families based simply on suspicion. The United States Constitution is clear that the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. Abortion / Contraception Kelcey will fight against efforts to encourage abortion in Kentucky. Specifically, Kelcey will fight against the growing use of dangerous chemical abortions. Defense / Veterans Kelcey coming from a military family, is committed to fighting for the rights of our veterans and ensuring that they receive the respect and support they have earned.
