Criminal Justice / Public Safety Strong public safety is the foundation of any great city. Kirk will guarantee that our police and first responders have the resources and support they need and will encourage cooperation with our North Fulton neighbors to ensure that criminals can’t set up shop on our streets. Infrastructure / Transportation Next year, Alpharetta will update its citizen-drafted land use plan. Residents and homeowners need assurance that their voices will be heard and that their wants and needs will come first. As a City Councilman, Kirk will be an advocate for reasonable development that puts the concerns of Alpharetta citizens first.
