He's excited to help guide its future — encouraging thoughtful growth and development while protecting the independent, community-minded identity that defines this place. Social Services Homelessness and mental health are deeply connected. Without proper support, too many people fall through the cracks. Lukas will push for coordinated, compassionate solutions that address the real drivers of homelessness in Clark County.
