Economy Lynda will advocate for social reform and work to rebuild the economy of North Harker Heights. Harker Heights needs to look seriously at creating programs to encourage first-generation home ownership, encouraging healthy community planning with more parks and more efficient transportation options, and ensure that developers offer incentives to keep Harker Heights citizens employed. Defense / Veterans Lynda will bring greater attention to the inadequate state reimbursement for the disabled veteran’s property tax exemption. Criminal Justice / Public Safety Lynda will work to ensure that our First Responders have state of art equipment as well as the quantity and quality of personnel to provide our citizens the best care possible.
